December Tablescapes: Winter Holiday Christmas Table Setting

Hello December!

Once winter comes around, it's time to get into Christmas holidays mode. While you might be consumed with decorating your Chirstmas tree, buying holiday presents for your friends and family, dressing up a festive wreath at your front door, you shouldn't forget to set your dining table for the occasion.

In setting a table, I always begin with an inspiration piece. My inspiration for this table was the china pattern “Christmas Winter Village”, Royal Wessex by Churchill. I decided to incorporate the traditional Christmas decorations color scheme (red, green, gold and tartan) into my Christmas table settings, too. Remember to carry the theme of the table through the rest of the room for a cohesive look. With a well decorated table at the center of your evening, your Christmas dinner is sure to be a success.
