Bluefin Tuna Poke Brussels sprout with deep roasted sesame dressing


INGREDIENTS

6-8 servings


2 lbs fresh high quality bluefin tuna, cubed

6 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp honey

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

crushed red pepper, to taste

2 scallions, thinly sliced

3 cloves of garlic, finely diced

Brussels sprout

Deep roasted sesame dressing


INSTRUCTIONS

- Add all the sauce ingredients in a large bowl, gently fold to combine. Pour over the cubed bluefin tuna. Let sit 5 minutes at room temperature.

- Meanwhile, steam the Brussels sprout until soft. Serve with the deep roasted sesame dressing. Enjoy!
