☐ 2 lbs fresh high quality bluefin tuna, cubed
☐ 6 tbsp soy sauce
☐ 1 tbsp sesame oil
☐ 1 tsp honey
☐ 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
☐ crushed red pepper, to taste
☐ 2 scallions, thinly sliced
☐ 3 cloves of garlic, finely diced
☐ Brussels sprout
- Add all the sauce ingredients in a large bowl, gently fold to combine. Pour over the cubed bluefin tuna. Let sit 5 minutes at room temperature.
- Meanwhile, steam the Brussels sprout until soft. Serve with the deep roasted sesame dressing. Enjoy!
