Ikura Don


INGREDIENTS

1 serving


☐ 5 oz Ikura salmon roe

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp mirin or sake

1/4 cup dashi

1 cup cooked Japanese rice

Julienned Nori, for garnish


INSTUCTIONS


- In a bowl, combine salmon roe with soy sauce, mirin or sake, and dashi. Let stand for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

- Scoop rice into a serving bowl. Gently spoon salmon roe onto rice. Garnish with Julienned Nori. Enjoy!
