Pork Miso Udon

INGREDIENTS

☐ 2 tbsp miso paste

☐ 2 tsp soy sauce

☐ ½ tsp cornstarch

☐ 2 cloves garlic

☐ 7 oz udon noodles, cooked

☐ 1 tsp sesame oil

☐ ½ onion, sliced

☐ 1 stalk bok choy, sliced

☐ ½  lb ground pork

☐ 2 ½  cups of water

sesame seed for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

- Mix together miso paste, soy sauce, cornstarch, and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.


- Heat a pot over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil. Saute the onion and bok choy until slightly brown about 3 minutes. Add the pork and keep saute until browned about 4 minutes. Add 2 ½  cups of water, then bring everything to a boil. Remove floating oils and bubbles. Add the miso mixture. Stir the soup lightly to ensure the miso paste has dissolved.


- Serve the udon in a bowl, add the vegetables on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
